Terms and Conditions for the Webshop of 'Ode to the Bottle' - IDEATE BV

General 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between IDEATE BV and the customer regarding the sale and delivery of products through the webshop 'Ode to the Bottle'. 1.2. IDEATE BV is located at Zegersdreef 83, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium.

Offers and Agreements 2.1. All offers and prices on the webshop are non-binding and valid as long as supplies last. 2.2. An agreement is established at the moment of confirmation of the order by IDEATE BV through an order confirmation via email.

Prices 3.1. All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. 3.2. Any shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the ordering process before the order is finalized.

Payment 4.1. Payment must be made through the provided payment methods on the webshop. 4.2. Payment must be fully completed before the order is processed and shipped.

Delivery 5.1. IDEATE BV aims to dispatch orders within 2 business days after receiving payment. 5.2. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding. 5.3. IDEATE BV is not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond its control.

Returns 6.1. Customers have the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within 14 days after receiving the order. 6.2. Returns must be notified to IDEATE BV in advance via hello@ode-books.com. 6.3. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty 7.1. IDEATE BV guarantees the quality of the delivered products. 7.2. Any defects must be reported to IDEATE BV in writing within 7 days after receipt.

Liability 8.1. IDEATE BV is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of the delivered products. 8.2. The total liability of IDEATE BV is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the respective product.

Intellectual Property 9.1. All intellectual property rights related to the webshop and the products are owned by IDEATE BV.

Complaints 10.1. Complaints should be reported to IDEATE BV as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, in writing via hello@ode-books.com.

Applicable Law and Disputes 11.1. Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions and the agreements between IDEATE BV and the customer. 11.2. Disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Antwerp, Belgium.
